Description of the Technology

 The technology (gas chromatography) provides an opportunity to analyze the composition of fatty acids that form lipids (fats, oils, waxes, etc.) in various types of biological samples.


It is possible to perform the analysis on various types of biological samples, e.g. food products, animal feed, food and feed raw materials, agricultural and industrial by-products and residues, etc.


Analyzes are characterized by high accuracy, repeatability and sensitivity. The analysis can be performed with a small amount of sample (~1g of pure lipid).
