Title Testing Services Using Infrared Spectroscopy

Infrared spectra are important characteristics of new compounds, as well as can be used for identification of known compounds and determination of impurities. We offer analysis of solid and liquid samples using infrared spectroscopy. This technique exploits the fact that molecules absorb specific frequencies that are characteristic of compound structure.

Description of the technology

There is Perkin-Elmer FT-IR System Spectrum BX IR spectrometer (see Figure) available for recording infrared spectra. We can record the spectra for organic compounds in full infrared region (400-4000 cm-1) or in narrower region defined by customer. The client will receive the spectrum as a hard copy, pdf or original file of IR spectrum. In the last case specialized software is required. We can provide identification of the main signals in the infrared spectrum. We can develop a method for qualitative and/or quantitative analysis of different compounds in samples (mixtures of several compounds) in accordance with client’s needs.

Applications Our testing services are useful for any field linked with application and/or synthesis of organic compounds.

Our services of infrared spectrum recording of the material samples are delivered to the highest levels of quality using modern scientific apparatus and in accordance with client’s needs.
