Mass of silicate enamel coating on steel

The invention relates to the enamelling industry, in particular to the mass composition of the solar thermal low-reflective silicate enamel coating for chromium-nickel steel. The proposed coating reflectance (below 10%) was identified in the range of radiation wavelength 300-2500 nm. The coating is obtained, by introducing in mass composition CuO in the range of 20-30 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of frit at the following ratio of components (parts by weight): frit - 100, (Fe,Cr) 2 O 3 pigment - 50-70, ground SiO 2 - 30-70 and CuO - 20-30. In addition, the enamel frit containing (mass %): SiO 2 -between 82 and 83, Li 2 O - between 5 and 6, B 2 O3 - between 7 and 8, MnO - between 3 and 4, CoO - between 0.3 and 1.
