The invention relates to energy generation and transformation system, as well as electronic systems designed for data collection and transmission to the users about environmental and human physiological parameters. The proposed system includes multiple interconnected parts: human motion energy converter (1), rectifier module (2), intermediate energy storage module (3), low-voltage boost modules (4), main power storage module (5), data transmission module (6), system control module (7), sensors (8) and (9) for data acquisition, thermal energy flow converter (10). The proposed system involves the conversion of human-made energy surplus into electrical energy and its subsequent use for powering electronic systems of environmental and human physiological parameters monitoring and data communication. The method for reducing system power consumption requires that the voltage and power of the main power storage module (5) is monitored constantly so that all power-demanding operations are started when the remaining power is sufficient for system's further tasks or standby, providing time for recharging.
