Method of manufacturing fine-grained foam concrete using two-stage activation: mechanical and with a cavitation effect

The invention refers to the production of concrete. A two-stage process of mixing and activation of foamed concrete under dry and wet conditions as well as homogenising the dry mixture is proposed. The activation process uses a disintegrator and a casvitation technique. As additives for foamed concrete, superplasticisers and putting agents shall be added. As a result, the acquisition time, energy and material consumption of foamed concrete is reduced.
