Encouragement of Environment Friendly Branches in Latvian National Economy

. Latvian National economies have sustainable development and activity agree with EU requirements. The ideology of environmental protection is comparatively new in Latvia and it is based on the concept that it is necessary to turn from the protection of separate nature elements and economical usage of resources to overall protection of ecosystem, the securing of the quality of human life environment and environmental policy which would provide lasting and balanced development. The authors provides a review on the accomplished work, describes obtained results, emphasizes scientific novelty of the article, practical importance of obtained results and the necessity to introduce them in professional education and national economy. Authors have put forward criterions and have fortified economical assessment’s methods for decreasing and prevention of surrounding environment’s pollution, have used possibilities of computer technology (SPSS -originally, Statistical Package for the Social Sciences and SimQuest Learning Environment)
