If the strategic tasks of further Latvian state national economy development are positioned the succesfull enter into European Comunity national economy structures and reaching of economical level of european more progressive countries, state economy have to intense develope within all potencial branches. One of the more promissing business activities in Latrvia is touristic industry. Tourism is the same as all rest national economy branches in world meaning, have reached such level of development, when further grow is possible observing longterm rules. From one side, this is the protection of environment and keeping it for next generation, and from the other, with limited resurces and effective realisatioon of modern economical theory. In the open market conditions, long term management model could be realised only with coordinated and targeting state agency activities and all society layers participation The interests of tourists reduces the fact, that product could be low quality and not cheap. This is why the agencies have to try to reduce the expanses, to offer more competitive price, keeping the quality.The touristic industry development model was worked-out, who allows to develope factors, having impact on branch progress.
