Cities are getting more and more involved in competition with each other at different levels. Cities may become competitive if they can successfully attract entrepreneurs offering them not only favourable locations for their production facilities, use of infrastructure, availability of resources and low labour costs but also providing qualitative and friendly environment, well qualified labour force, favourable policy towards its population (social security, cultural and social environment, availability of education, etc.) and different benefits for successful business performance.
