In the paper are identified the most important daily problems met in construction industry. Reviewed identification, evaluation and analysis of the results discovered. Explained most important possible and find health problems for long time working employees inside physically, chemically, biologically and anatomically aggressive work environment in the metal processing enterprise. Comparing the result of major problems investigation for metal processing enterprise got, basic metal processing enterprise work environment furnishing and management described, mutually acceptable compromise version from the point of view of employees and employers found. The versions of the solution of problems are offered – working place organization, quality of the air improving, eye and hearing protection, ergonomic demands introducing for jobs concerning mechanical and thermal processes.
