            Taekwon-do as a combat sport has a typical feature – very fast execution of elements, and it is one of the factors that determine how successful is a fight. In the workout process it is important to develop maximum force and strength. Scientific research was carried out with an aim to determine strength parameters of leg flexors and extensors  among 12-14 years-old athletes.
