Nowadays urban environment is the territorial and spatial shape of the social, economic, cultural, political relations saturated with information, events and processes. Urban environment reflects public awareness of the development of the world in the period of global changes, society's vision of the quality of life, regularities of the formation of the relationship as well as other factors. Today urban environment is a subject of the constant processes of the social, economic and ecological development, modification and improvement that are related to the human business activities, changes in human needs and desires as well as to the moral and physical deterioration of the elements of the urban environment. Nowadays urban environment could be compared with the complex socio-economic and spatial system that optimal functioning depends on the continued cooperation between the all elements whose behaviour is influenced by the processes of the urbanization and globalization.
