To realise successfully building projects the most important is staff which directs the project to the final cause. In the building process have to be involved leading specialists from different specialities - the specialists of general building works, finishing works, engineer networks and others. They all have to cooperate and satisfy the needs of clients. In the work is analysed the building market at this moment and is defined what is a Project and the Management of it and is given the information about the Project management team and its direction. Are defined the problems which can be faced forming the Project management team and are given suggestions how to solve them.
