The given article was created using the results obtained in a bachelors paper and presents an analysis of a project not just from a technical and economical point of view, but also from the aspects of local legislative acts. A cogeneration block is offered to a recreation company running a swimming pool with corresponding facilities that should provide enough electricity and heat power not just for the building and its processes, but also sell them to other consumers. The main aim of the work was to develop the cost calculation of the project. Three different scenarios were created to offer the right decision to the company.
