Today the system of gathering, an exchange and the information control takes the important place as forms the basis for successful achievement of the strategic, tactical and operative purposes. Nowedays innovative technologies, knowledge and experience using in electronic sphere have considerably raised process of optimisation of an information stream that has in turn provided increase of probability of expected result. Therefore it is offered to unite all participants of building process, having introduced incorporated system of gathering and information exchanges in the electronic environment. According to such system many actual problems will be solved that in turn will raise economic efficiency and stability of building enterprises in Latvia.
