Combined heat and power generation on renewable fuel is apt at small centers. As heating is much easier and more effective than electricity generation, adopting the heat tariff, the costs of individual heating must be taken into account. In a market economy, electricity tariffs should be such, that entrepreneur is indifferent what to sell; heat or electricity. Best option of CHP is heat and cogeneration, when all remaining heat after electricity generation is utilized. Important indicator for remote customers is temperature drop in a pipeline.
