Effect of Space Delimiting Construction Materials on the Microclimate Stabilization

Real estate valuation has to truly reflect its ability to satisfy all needs of the society both at present and throughout the life cycle of the property. It is necessary to adequately evaluate the regularities determining dependence of the space energy consumption and microclimate change both on variable interior working conditions and impact of environmental variable and dynamic processes, and on physical properties of space delimiting construction materials. Only having evaluated dynamic influence of all factors it is possible to create delimiting constructions from the most suitable materials with the most appropriate parameters and to accomplish the purpose – to provide optimal microclimate of the space together with the largest energy efficiency of the building. To make an evaluation of factors, optimization of materials as well as the preparation of reference materials for the design of buildings it is necessary to solve the following tasks: 1. To compile existing data on the physical properties of building materials used in the circumstances of dynamic environmental changes. 2. To select and improve criteria for space energy efficiency and provision of thermal environment microclimate for space category A. 3. To create dynamic models describing changes in building energy consumption and microclimate depending on the type of building delimiting constructions and properties of the used materials 4. To test the developed models for different constructions and the materials used in typical dynamic thermal environment conditions. 5. To create multi-physical model of heat, moisture, gas and sound transfer processes related to the numerical analysis and to approbate it on the large-scale composite masonry elements. 6. To optimize the properties of the constructive solutions selected in the process of simulation . Such modeling of the material properties and optimization of the structure will guarantee the competitiveness of the current building solutions and will provide the perspective sustainable application of such constructions.
