Tendency of Cargo Flow in Latvian Ports

Sea ports represent the most significant element in the state transport system and take part in the development of global logistic systems. The possibility of a state to use their own ports in sending and receiving cargos in the framework of external trade increases natural competitiveness of the state transport system in international freight traffic.
