Development of Customers Service System of State Revenue Service

This article investigational object - the State Revenue Service's customer service systems analysis and development. The study object - the taxpayer attitudes towards the State Revenue Service the changes made. State Revenue Service is the organization that takes care of the taxpayers and take steps to taxpayers would be safe and convenient to carry out their duties towards the state. One of the principal of the State Revenue Service is developing guidelines to promote cooperationguidelines with its customers. Also, public authorities should be able to provide our customers a level of service, commitment to maximize the more comfortable, easier and more enjoyable. Similarly, the SRS is to promote entrepreneurship, by minimizing the time and other resources that customers need to receive the service and commitment to the country, thereby helping both to better compete with other companies internationally, and promoting domestic value-added activities.
