The article presents an advantage of small enterprises. There is the calculation of determining the necessity and possibility of creating of the small industrial enterprise. The article contains the product’s cost price and enterprises profit and main means. The author shows the effective form, of small enterprises support from Latvian State and European Unions structural funds. The purpose of article is to define the main problem stages of creating of small industrial enterprise. There are many aspects, which would influenced at main results of business, such as market, competitiveness, cost of production and others.
