The article describes the aspects of development of autotransport services, that there are in Latvia. The authors analyse the statistical data about the development of service’s structure There are present the classification of characteristics of services as the view of authors by variousproblems of development. There are nominated possible criteria reguared to develop servises. The article discribes the strategy of development of motor enterprise. There is choised THE BOSTONE CONSULTING GROUP MATRICA as the model of development of motor company.
