The research dwells upon some fundamental regularity of behaviour of the nonlinear dynamic systems, caused by the influence of nonlinear dissipation. They play an important role in the study and forecast of rare oscillatory processes in mechanical, electrical, biological and other dynamic systems. The method of complete bifurcation groups applied in the presented work allowed us to clarify the nature of these rare nonlinear phenomena and to investigate typical scenarios of their birth.
