Methodology of Finance Allocation and Expenditure in Higher Educational Institution

This publication describes the allocation and utilization methodology of state budget grants and financial resources attracted by higher education institutions. This methodology shows how the government grants and non-budget revenues can be distributed and used for study process implementation, observing certain requirements and principles for more effective use of these resources. It discusses practical realization of this methodology in Riga Technical University.
