The article presents the characteristics and classification of innovation that may be used at small business. The author describes the role of radar diagram at innovative projects from the point of view of use of a labour resources image of the enterprise and productivity of innovative products. Provision of services has become the predominant business activity. There are the specific characteristics of services that the author has worked out new models of development as radar diagrams..
