Technical, social and economical areas of hazardous waste management system in Latvia, as well as in whole Europe have to be constantly flexibly and dinamicaly improved and controlled. It’s necessary to take into account the scale of hazardous waste and its processing operations extensive influence on state economic indicators, to make justified conclusions and create econometric model of basic indicative and fruitful indicators of hazardous waste generation and management. It’s necessary philosophically-theoretical justification to choose appropriate technically-economical methods of hazardous waste management and evaluation of its effectiveness. The objective of hazardous waste management theoretical aspects research, where methods of abstraction, analogy, inductive-deductive analysis where applied, is summarization of global hazardous waste management practical experience and estimation of particular approaches application possibility in Latvia. The main result of research are created theoretical bases of hazardous waste management, what include innovative components of philosophical-econometric interpretation of hazardous waste management system, information, ecological-juridical, managerial, marketing, financial and investment.
