People have needs that are formed during their lifetimes. Thanks to Abraham Maslow's pyramid can be determined very accurately, what are the basic needs necessary for human existence and normal life. One of these is the need for security, which is implemented by purchasing a dwelling that is essential good. Unfortunately, not all needs are fulfilled and one of the most disturbing factor is the price, as it often does not meet the individual's perception of the value of the good.
