To create architecture, which is suitable to the regional environment, both aesthetic context and local natural and climatic conditions are to be followed. Bioclimatic architectural design is particularly important in the context of contemporary global problems. Principles of the bioclimatic architecture are often rooted in the historical principles of vernacular architecture, revealing the interplay between the local tradition, climate and nature forces in architectural design.
