This article considers some basic concepts of environmental management, environmental management systems and project management. Given the description of international corporation. The main factors affecting the introduction of EMS as well as the main stages of organizational development and implementation of EMS in an international Corporation identified. Organizational structure of project management to implement EMS proposed.
