Physical activity and physical endurance is important advantage for military personnel in its daily work, to keep and maintain physical and mental health readiness. The level of physical endurance and preparedness depends on individual health standards, sports activities, physical development and health-related behaviour. The author of the article has determined anthropometric data, fixed results in standard physical tests, and analyzed physical endurance level. She provided clinical examination of 120 randomised persons and revealed increasing basal level of blood pressure for 15 % of examined persons. The author of the article has found find mutual interference of different factor such as blood pressure level, body mass index, and etc. The improving of physical preparedness and endurance, prevention cardiovascular disease factors require the physical load planning with gradually increasing physical load level and duration that correspond to individual physical fitness level. The health assessments of military personnel of a particular unit aged above 40 years have disclosed the symptoms of metabolic disorders and initial digression of lipid metabolism, obesity with hypertension problems The heath statement for military personnel aged above 40 years reveals symptoms of metabolic disorders and initial dislipidemya, and obesity with hypertension problems. It was necessary to develop specific physical activity planning programme for the person in aged above 40 years with health problems .Simple physical load could be used for monitoring cardiovascular problems and planning more wide and deep clinical investigation for preventing health disorders. There was a tendency of increasing the body mass. 30 % of cadets had a high level of body mass index and 65 % of military personnel had body mass index data quite over the standard level. Smoking has a negative impact on the physical preparedness levels, for smokers the results in standard physical tests decreased form 13% till 22 %.Physical endurance was closely tied with weight / height indexes and body mass index.
