How to Prevent Blackouts - Researchers Discuss in Moscow

27-28 of March 2012 in Moscow was organized a workshop on blackout management issues, which was financed by ICOEUR project. Workshop involved researchers from Russia, Germany, Slovenia, Latvia etc. Latvia was represented by A. Sauhats from Riga Technical University, K. Brinkis from Institute of Physical Energetics (IPE) and Oleg Kochukov from FEI.
