It is known that in closed non-uniform networks the in-creased losses appear. In non-uniform networks the ratio of reactance to resistance of branches are not equal. But specific data (circulating current, extra losses) are available and the way to calculate them is known only for the ringed networks. The goal is to consider the problem for non-uniform closed meshed networks. For Baltic region countries, it is planned to develop transmission systems by constructing new high voltage lines which imply more complicated networks. The projected Kurzeme Ring which is located in west Latvia is under consideration. Considered network consists of 330 kV power line ring which feeds the 110 kV meshed network inside it. In total the scheme includes about 50 branches and 13 loops.
