Report is devoted to investigation of welded bends and profiles from perforated materials. The purpose of the research is developing technology of through channel cellular metallic structure from perforated steel band. Metallic materials are widely used in the aircraft industry, for manufacturing of catalysts, filters and other products. Curved thin-walled elements have found an application in "sandwich panels" production designing fire -proof and high strength honeycomb structures. Perforated metal materials such as steel bands are of the interest for cellular materials manufacturing. Application of perforated metal materials opens up new possibilities in the production of innovative materials and cellular structures.
