Latvian since 1990, energy consumption has decreased significantly. Currently, more stable, and in the last few years, it has a tendency to grow. Similarly, emissions, so the actual problem at both the global and the local scale is a further development of the energy and the associated environmental quality conservation, compliance and environmental pollutant emissions limitation and reduction.
