In this article we describe approach for the problem of detecting anomalous activity of complex information system user behavior based on Markov chains statistical model. To test the hypothesis that this approach can be successfully used in e-Health systems it was created the software system. Experiments have shown that the possibility of using this approach for the detection of abnormal user activity.
