Price Formation Types for Apartment House Management in Latvia

Topicality of the mentioned theme is determined by fact that there are no common understanding in Latvia about formation of administration price and its content. Price formation is very complicated and difficult job, because price is set for at least 1 year and manager, when offering a price formation project to the owners of the apartment house, must foresee all potential risks one year forward. Although lawmaker has set the minimum basket for the dwelling house management, however many managers doesn’t observe it in the market thus offering a very low prices which are very pleasant to the owners of apartment houses. Considering the current economic situation in the state and low paying capacity it is entirely understandable that owners of the apartment houses choose the cheapest management offer, although it is clear that owners don’t understand the responsibility of apartment house entirety management and consequences of its non-fulfilment.
