In this research ACN concentration in air at a reloading complex, located in the territory of Freeport of Ventspils, was analyzed in two monitoring phases. The ACN pollution distribution is modelled before and after the introduction of preventive measures in the reloading complex, as well as the inhaled daily dose of ACN is predicted for the employees of the reloading complex depending on their work place. Moreover, the possible risk of malignant tumours for employees of reloading complex is estimated, and suggestions are stated in order to lower the risks.
