In the current work are described mechanical characteristics of natural bone depending on the speed of loading. Interesting fact is that these parameters changes significantly. Further, in the experiment bone is heat treated until it looses protein substance and remains only mineral part of initial substance. This mineral part is smashed until particle size 9-90μm, but these particles retain architectonic structure of natural bone. After that on the basis of NHAp and bone cement is obtained new biomaterial which is intended to be used as substitute for treatment of bone defects. Mechanical properties of this material is determined as well and compared with mechanical properties of natural bone tissue.
