Doctor’s dissertation “EUPOS®-RĪGA geodetic reference network and its multifunctional application” devoted to the development of Global Navigation Satellite System’s (GNSS) ground based augmentation system as a subset of European Position Determination System EUPOS®. The aim of the dissertation is to develop and to investigate the EUPOS®-RĪGA geodetic reference network for Riga city which is high precision, active, continuously operating DGNSS reference network, supplying RTCM corrections for Real Time Kinematic (RTK) measurements, integrated and capable for multifunctional applications.
