The main problems of smart clothing manufacturing with integrated electronics or electrical systems are caused by turning adapted electronic elements into the clothing and/or into fabric structures. According to the date in literature there can be different types of integration of electrical/electronic components in the structure of fabric or clothes: adding them to the garments using sewing technology; integrating them into fabric structure; creating them from textile materials. Developed microclimate regulatory smart clothing has been manufactured using the first two methods: adding and integration of electronical elements into pockets and sewn in tunnels of garment, as well as integrating some electrically conductive traces in the structure of fabric by sewing. So far failed to replace the Peltier elements and copper foils with the materials more suitable for the integration in the fabric structure and at the same time able to provide a necessary quality of microclimate control by the conditions of high ambient or/and body temperature. The part of electrical circuit that provides the operation of communication Panel is integrated in the structure of fabric using the electrically conductive thread. It was possible because of low power requirement and adequate resistance of conductive threads. To find the more suitable threads experiments at 50 mA current are performed (which is enough to ensure elements in the Panel with current) determining the voltage loss on the threads. Electrical contacts between the elements of communications Panel and control system (turned into Pocket) provides the conductive thread Elitex 110 dtex/34 x 2, which is also used for the manufacture of textile switches. Wires are used to connect other electrical/electronic elements.
