Abstract The paper describes two methods of syntheses of iron oxides, microstructure and morphology of magnetite nanoparticles. Structural and morphological characteristics of iron oxides particles and prepared film were analyzed by X-Ray Diffraction, SEM, FTIR, DTA, AFM.
