With the help of the author of this article looked at the key factors that affect the bank's image and competitiveness. The study was conducted using a combination of descriptive and theoretical and empirical analysis, putting forward a number of tasks. Methodology - analysis of scientific literature and other foreign research carried out by the author raised and empirically tested three hypotheses. The data, the author used a questionnaire survey method. Survey contained participated in both bank customers and banks. Most of the questions were rated on a Likert scale from 1 to 5.
