The aim of the research was to explore basic functions of wearable e-clothing system, to study results of previously done researches, achievement and incompleteness of it, as well as to create smart garment prototype where is integrated optical fibre fabric and electronic devices. During the research technologic aspects were developed connected to layout of optical fibre fabric and electronic devices into the garment. It was necessary to find the optimal part of clothing where the optical fibre fabric should be placed in order to allow as little deformation of the fabric as possible in the process of wearing, as well there were considered layout versions of into clothing integrated sensors.
