The aim of article is to explore the key competitive advantages that exist today in wholesale companies. Compiling the statistics and the various authors' opinions about competitiveness, it was concluded that these are efficiency, quality, innovation and customer satisfaction. Due to this, a general model of wholesale companies competitiveness support is offered, which includes three key management processes: financial management, customer management and personnel management. Thereafter, each running process’ nature and implementation is detailed in the form of model. Also offered a methodology of management elements selection in support of competitiveness.
