The purpose of the research is to develop new mathematical models and new algorithms for intelligent devices based on intelligent multi-agent approaches to solve the task of safety improving in electric city transport. Main goal of research is increasing of safety level of public electric transport. This paper describes models for dynamic modelling for intelligent agents to control safety in electric transport systems.
