The Proceedings contain 19 articles based on the research conducted by students in 2012. In the framework of the research changes in customs duties, their impact on import and export of goods, applying customs control measures, control measures for goods that are prohibited or restricted, customs warehousing, protection of intellectual property and other practical and theoretical issues related to organization of customs control were analyzed. As a result of the research conclusions were drawn and proposals for improving organization of customs control developed.
