On the south side of Libau Village in a road widening Haymarket (Heumarkt) Place was made. The traffic flow was divided into two directions: to the public centre where in the confluence of eight streets Old Market (Alter Markt) Place next to St. Anna’s Church was made and the trade centre not far from the confluence of five streets where Town Square was made.
