The Integrated Domain Modeling: A Case Study

This paper gives a short introduction to the Integrated Domain Modeling (IDM) approach and the supporting IDM toolset, which is developed by the co-author. Then the paper continues with a case study done for a subscription commerce business operating in Scandinavia and the United Kingdom with headquarters in Norway. The main focus of the case study is the e-commerce TO-BE business processes, which are captured and analyzed using the IDM toolset.
