The dwelling is one of the main elements in life of any person, any family. Need for the dwelling is one of basic needs of the person, it is a basis of providing the environment for work and existence of the person. The dwelling – a place which intends for private human life, free time of forwarding and development of the personality. It is known that the dwelling is one of the main components by which determine welfare and qualities of life of citizens of any country.
