Quality management system (QMS) provides a framework for implementing corporate social responsibility (CSR) policy, strategy, activities and culture at all management levels of organization creating a basis for establishing a sustainable development policy and providing overall employee and management commitment and continuous improvement of the system. CSR appears in the process management, policy and values of the organization. Being a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), which provides social services, does not mean that the organization is socially responsible by default. Further analysis is needed to discover if the activity of organization, besides the social dimension, covers also other CSR aspects. The aim of the research is to analyse the case of NGOs providing social services and possibilities of implementing CSR strategy and principles in organizational quality management for reducing the rate of staff turnover and improving the overall excellence of organization.
