Some Aspects of Evaluation of E-Courses Development Quality

Each year the popularity of education or training by using various e-courses is growing. E-learning systems are becoming on increasingly strong position in the educational process of higher education institutions, both part-time and full-time departments as well. In this connection to ensure the competitiveness and performance level of the proposed programs constant monitoring of quality and versatile e-courses are necessary to achieve the goal; because of that to ensure the competitiveness and performance level of the proposed programs we need constant and versatile monitoring of quality of e-courses. Much attention is paid to criteria of evaluating the content of e-courses, used techniques and technologies. These issues have been discussed in many publications. However, according to the viewpoint of the author such an important issue as the evaluation of e-courses by the students themselves, in other words the feedback from consumers of educational services in assesses of their quality has been put on the second place. The author of this article offers one of the possible options for obtaining and accounting such assessment.
