This paper is dedicated of exploitation possibility of electrical drives. New challenges for the military sector require new solutions to ensure the electrical current. The need to use large amounts of electrical technology requires energy production located closer to operations area. Using a hybrid electric power drive can not only provide power mobility, but also to solve problems related to equipment upgrades. Hybrid power drive options are not yet fully in the military field. Currently, the world is a very important transition associated with the hybrid power drive transport, the threshold of highefficiency electric motors to improve vehicle powered by internal combustion engines, fuel efficiency. Over the past 30 years, the majority of industries have dramatically increased their energy efficiency or switching to alternative fuel sources. The transport sector is an exception. This last point illustrates the extent to which vehicles industry has been refractory to the adoption of hybridization. Oil is one of the most important energy resources - it yields a fuel for cars, diesel drives, ships and airplanes. The world is on average consumed 86.39 million barrels (13.7 million liters) of oil per day in 2010, an increase of 2.18% over 2009. Energy Research Council statement it was said that 2030 would be a need to replace more than two -thirds of the current oil production in order to maintain stable oil production. It is intended as a global oil reserves decline, the hybrid electric drive in vehicles could be one of the possible solutions. Hybrid electric drive system consists of two energy sources - the diesel generator and energy storage systems. Energy storage system includes a high energy density battery that supplies vehicle systems and supports autonomous driving force behind the movement, and the supercapacitor, which provides autonomous driving force, crest alignment and brake energy regeneration. Climate change has become a highly effective motivational factor for energy efficiency and emission reduction effect.
